Born in La Ciotat in 1974, Michel Eisenlohr has been a photographer and author since about fifteen years. Lulled by the literature of travel, it is in Dogon Country that he realizes his first images. After studying literature, he continued his reporting in France and abroad, in West Africa, the Middle East, India or more recently in Iceland and Hong Kong.
